Produced in association with several European television networks as well as the world's leading orchestras, opera houses and musicians, the film is an epic journey across Central Europe, tracing the very roads and routes Mozart travelled in a musical detective story that seeks to overturn the flawed picture of the composer known from Miloš Forman's Amadeus and substitute a more subtle and nuanced image in its place.
