The Bow

The Bow is a poetic story about a late love of a 60 year old man who lives on a boat on an open sea. His only companion is a 16 year old girl whom he has found when she was little. He took care of her and developed a strong emotional tie to her. He patiently waits for her 17th birthday, which he plans to be their wedding day. Once in a while their calm and peaceful life is disturbed by fishermen from the land. One day a nice young man suddenly appears on their boat. The old man is discontented and disturbed because his young bride obviously takes the newcomer into liking.
