TEDx Prague Cinema 2012

Projection of TEDTalks, lectures of the famous TED.com, as selected by Rony Plesl - designer and speaker of the first legendary TEDxPrague 2009. Let him inspire us by what he found interesting and discuss it afterwards! TEDTalks will be projected in English with Czech subtitles. Later you can stay and meet other TED fans to talk and socialize.

What is TEDx?
TEDx is a smaller form of the TED international conference, first organised in 2008. The letter „x“ means an independent event. TEDx follow the basic principle of „ideas worth spreading“ and covers local, independently organized events that enable people to meet and together experience a TED-like atmosphere. The TEDx program combines live presentations of speakers and projections of selected TEDTalks, both aiming to induce deep discussion and help building new relationships. Since the start on 2008, there has been 2000 TEDx independent events worldwide in 120 countries and 26 languages. TEDxPrague 2012 is the 3rd TEDx conference in Prague and will take place on 3rd March 2012 at Archa Theatre.
