An attractive and succesful detective, Ki-hoon is expecting a child with his beautiful wife and tries to end an affair with his lover Ka-hee. In his work he takes a new case and meets a young mysterious widow which he suspects to have murdered her husband. All three women seem to have their shocking secrets. French philosopher Jean-Paul Sartre thought that Hell was being locked in a room for eternity with your friends. Director Byun seems to believe that Hell consists of being brought face to face with the consequences of one‘s actions, and for some that‘s far more scary.
