Erotikon & Forma Live

Erotikon is a silent film with a sexy title. This simple story about a cunning seducer and a seduced country girl, who fatally falls for him, is a classic work of Czech, but also of world cinema. This very modern and timeless picture, which seems not to have aged, tried to fulfill its great ambitions by employing an international cast (Olaf Fjord, Ita Rina). Unfortunately the appearance of sound film didn’t leave Erotikon enough space to excel.

The projection will be accompanied by live music by the formation Forma Live. They composed – specifically for this film – a unique electro acoustic ambient soundtrack, oscillating between subtle electronic noises and jazz motifs.
