First Service – Famous in Shorts | 2010

One of the main goals of every short film festival is to encourage young filmmakers. A good way to do that is to remind them that today’s famous directors were once only starting too. They also had to make do with budgets that fit in an envelope and their own talent and determination instead of a film crew. This year’s First Service will show you how Mike Leigh, Park Chan-wook, Krzysztof Zanussi, Todd Solondz or Marek Najbrt made their debuts.
