Penelope Cruz won the Oscar for her supporting role as an jealous ex-wife in Woody Allen’s comedy. Two young Americans head to the "Spanish New York" for the summer holidays. Vicky, (Rebecca Hall) who is about to get married in couple weeks, is a bit straight-laced and she travels with her hedonistic friend, Cristina (Scarlett Johansson). They meet a flamboyant painter, Juan Antonio (Javier Bardem), who obviously has a huge crush on both of the attractive Americans. Add to this mix his beautiful yet insanely jealous ex-wife, Maria Elena (Penelope Cruz). When they all become amorously entangled, will it end in a tango?
