Csilla deserves better. Her boyfriend Bandi loves her, but in his frequent bouts of drunknessness, he reverts to boorish and thoughtless behaviour (imagine a touchingly hapless Hungarian version of Marge and Homer Simpson). The brief fl ashes of glamour in her life – modeling at an arty fashion show, pouring over brochures for exotic holiday locations – serve only to highlight the limitations of her day-to-day grind.
